Offline expense drafts

Prepare an unsent expense while offline. Saved drafts are encrypted on this device and are never submitted automatically.

The companion can reopen without internet. Online Finance still checks your access before submission. Only receipt photos explicitly added to your draft are encrypted on this device. Member records and salaries are not cached.

Unsent expense draft

Use your own device and a passphrase you can remember. There is no passphrase recovery.

Saving needs the passphrase. Keep an encrypted file backup before clearing browser storage. Files and device copies must be deleted separately. These drafts do not affect cash, budgets or approvals.
